Wellbound Home Care is a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) providing non-waiver home based services for pediatric special needs in New York. Our knowledge and longstanding relationship with OPWDD services, and our affiliations with all three CCO’s servicing region 4 encourages communication with Care Managers and other waiver Service Providers for a multi-disciplinary approach to home care.
