Integrated Program
A division of Wellbound services, Kidz Thrive is our fully-integrated care plan for pediatric patients. With a full team of coordinated HHAs, skilled nurses, and therapists in regular contact, Kidz Thrive offers our full range of services for all necessary care under one unified system with an online portal for easy management and to view the plan of care.
Kidz Thrive™ coordinates therapists and HHAs to offer skills practice for each child under our care. Trained and updated by the therapist, the HHA can practice and encourage development throughout the day—-ensuring a consistent, therapy-led schedule that ensures faster progress.
